Research Abstract

The concept of citizenship of the most complex concepts in spite of its importance for the understanding and analysis of many of the political, social and cultural phenomena in any society, and the clear importance in that it is an indication of the extent to which human his rights and economic, social, civil and political rights. Has won this concept in recently and since about the mid-seventies much attention on the global level , And on the theoretical level, where it focused on the literature of political theory (1). The concept of citizenship, a classical ideas in political thought - social. You can trace the history of approaching citizenship in endoscopy for the emergence of the state as a political entity, and more precisely in the theory of the rise of the modern nation-state in Europe, where the focus is on the idea of ​​the nation-state as a unit of individuals with legal rights and equal Centers (2).
